Delete your Dipnot account
This page is for deleting your account and related data in the Dipnot app (developer: Dipnot App Team). Even if you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can request deletion without signing in using the form below.
How to request deletion
- Enter your account's email address in the form below (and a reason, if you like).
- Click "Send deletion request".
- Confirm your request with the confirmation link we email you. This step stops anyone else from making a request in your name; nothing is processed until you confirm. The email and the page it opens are in Turkish.
Deleting in the app (existing users)
If you can sign in, you can also delete your account in the app:
Ayarlar (Settings) → "Hesabımı Sil" → "Evet, Sil"
This deletes your sign-in identity immediately; your profile data is removed completely within the retention period below.
What is deleted, and how long is it kept?
Once your request is confirmed, your account and related personal data (identity details such as name and surname, contact details such as email and phone, and usage data such as articles read, likes and saved content) are permanently deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
Only data we're legally required to keep (for example, commercial records required by law) is retained for the periods the relevant legislation sets. For details on how your data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.
